Resetting Your API Wizard Support Desk Password

1. Go to api-wizard.zendesk.com
2. In the top, right hand corner, click on 'Sign In'
3. A sign-in form pops up, choose the option at the bottom 'Forgot my password'
4. In the box, enter your email address and hit 'Submit'
5. You will receive an email from 'API Wizard <[e-mail]>' with the subject 'Welcome to API Wizard'
6. If you do not receive this email, please check your Spam folder or check with your IT department to see if it has been blocked
7. There is a link in the email to reset your password
