Resetting Your API Wizard Support Desk Password
- Go to api-wizard.zendesk.com
- In the top, right hand corner, click on 'Sign In'
- A sign-in form pops up, choose the option at the bottom 'Forgot my password'
- In the box, enter your email address and hit 'Submit'
- You will receive an email from 'API Wizard <email@example.com>' with the subject 'Welcome to API Wizard'
- If you do not receive this email, please check your Spam folder or check with your IT department to see if it has been blocked
- There is a link in the email to reset your password
